A foodie since my first “mud pie” I spent my teens tied to the apron strings of PBS food greats. Art school and marriage to a French chef followed. My background in the health foods industry is extensive, with certification in nutrition metabolic typing and years of continued education in my tool-box. As a personal chef, health coach, and speaker, I combine my love of food, art and people. My joy is to help others make healthy, creative and informed food/lifestyle choices a graceful and creative part of their lives, celebrations and healthy traditions.
